Summary

"You’re gonna give it to her?" Louis asked, stroking the fine hair at the nape of Lestat’s neck below the collar of his shirt, "You’re gonna provide for us, huh? Your family?"

Whenever I desire it and wherever I request it,” His voice was calm, but the demand rattled Louis because there was no other way to interpret that as anything but a demand. Some unnamed part of himself felt like life was breathed into it, but mostly Louis felt trepidation. You can’t get something for nothing after all.
