Eyes blown wide with surprise, Dean stills as he understands the reference from the movie they just watched - the kissing scene from their movie. … When Dean gets up the courage to look Cas in the eyes, he sees trepidation, but also something that looks a lot like desire. Trembling, Dean points slowly at his own elbow. “Here” he whispers, almost too quiet to hear.”
Dean is injured on a hunt, and doesn’t want Cas to heal him. So instead they plan an Indiana Jones marathon as a way to take their minds off it. But the movie unexpectedly gives them a way to act on their as-yet unspoken feelings for each other.
