She looked up at her friend, her closest confidante, her protector, her knight, gazing at her so determinedly. Could she really let the other walk away like this? Would she let cowardice win and lose possibly her only chance of giving Rahu the answer she deserved? Shalom swallowed just a bit of her fear and came to a decision.
