Zoro couldn’t decide whether he liked the pregnant Sanji or not. He liked how soft Sanji became. He disliked the pain Sanji felt along the process. He liked how clingy Sanji was. He disliked the mood swing Sanji had.
But Zoro certainly liked Sanji. Pregnant or not.
