Summary
Jake clenches his jaw as he feels a pang in his wound as a result of the manhandling, refusing to let any sounds escape him as his eyes meet with a familiar white mask now splattered with crimson. In that moment, Jake is basically ready to accept the fact that he's fucked. He just hopes his teammates would be able to make it out in one piece, that his death nor his efforts wouldn't be in vain.
"You.." Then , a voice breathes raggedly from behind the mask, tone gritting and low as the killer points his blade up toward him. Just below his chin. "Why don’t you cry out at all?"

Summary
As he falls with a cry, Ji-woon hums, pleased with himself, before swooping down to scoop up his limp body onto his shoulder. Only then does the man start to writhe, adrenaline kicking in at the thought of being hooked.
Too bad, was all Ji-woon could think in response to that.
As he saunters over to the closest hook, he notices a flash of a familiar shade of forest green in the corner of his eye.

Lately Jake has had visions in his sleep.
In a time where he used to find comfort in wasting away the hours, he’s come to despise sleep, to a point where he refuses to indulge in the plentiful naps he would often take in between being whisked away to his trials.
It wouldn’t be an odd occurrence for another survivor to stumble across Jake napping underneath a tree someplace away from the campfire, arms crossed over his chest and head tilted down as he passed the time.
No, it was different now.
Maybe The Entity decided he was spending too much time asleep, perhaps this was Her way of torturing him in order to keep him awake.
Because now every time Jake closes his eyes, it’s the same scene.
