Ganyu pulls down her mask. "Keqing?" she repeats, mouth slightly parted.
She tries to smile. It comes out more like a grimace. "Hi."
Ningguang purses her lips. "Do you know each other?"
"No," says Keqing quickly. "No. We don’t."
It turns out six years after they've cut off all communication is when everything begins.

Qilin blood flowed through Ganyu's veins. She would never want to refuse her heritage nor deny it. She was a gentle soul with a purpose to help Liyue. Despite being half-human half-qilin, the blood of the Qilin is strong, and it is stronger when those that are beloved to her, are in danger.
