    Sonic stood there for a moment. Shadow was about to call it a day and walk off somewhere else, anywhere else, before Sonic suddenly leaned in, face inches away from his own. His demeanor had totally changed, sending a chill up Shadow’s spine.
    “You’re pretty cute after all. Can’t wait to have some fun with you,” he murmured, voice much lower than before. Shadow felt the warmth of Sonic’s breath against the side of his face.
    And with that, Sonic walked past him, off to chat with more of the set crew, like nothing had just happened.
