The beach is what everyone had decided on, and Eijirou found himself excited to see his friend happy and comfortable in his body.
Instead, he was met with a gay crisis.
Eijirou had always understood that Izuku was beautiful. He wasn’t blind. He was, however, gay and was under the impression that Izuku had been a girl for the entirety of their friendship.
However, the shirtless man playing volleyball in front of him was not that person anymore. Izuku was glowing. He was smiling so beautifully and so confidently. Eijirou had no idea what to do with it except stand there and gawk at him. He made a mental note to himself to scold Izuku for lifting his arms so far above his head in an active sport so soon after surgery as well.
“So you’re both gonna be like this. Great,” Katsuki said as he sat next to Eijirou on a beach chair with a beer now in hand.

Angel never meant to get close to Alastor. Nobody sane does.
But the Radio Demon keeps showing up—at Angel’s side, in his shadows, in the small quiet moments when Angel’s guard falls for half a second. Curiosity turns into interest. Interest turns into possessiveness. And for the first time in his afterlife, someone treats Angel like he’s worth protecting.
