Having been groomed for a life of war, you easily rise to Commander of the Survey Corps. Now, in your late 20s, you're sent off with a small team of your most elite troops to assist with another city's growing Titan problem - apparently one of their own is able to shift into Titan form, potentially changing the tides. While adjusting to this new city, you agree to take orders from the local Survey Corps head, a man roughly 10 years your senior, by the name of Erwin Smith. You and Commander Erwin are quick to find mutual respect, easily falling into a close friendship that may prove more complicated than you're prepared for.

Summary
When sent from Commander Erwin Smith, tea with sugar meant an invitation, a kind of request. A request to come upstairs to his office and take him in any way he asked of you. If you were to accept, you would arrive a few minutes later, the sweet taste still lingering on your lips, and you would do exactly that. Neither one of you needed to say it out loud, neither one of you had to embarrass yourselves by asking. Not that you would have been particularly coy about it, but Erwin - you supposed - had a reputation to uphold.
