Summary
NuNew Chawarin was a ghost in the city, drowning in the grey hum of corporate burnout. When he inherits his grandfather’s farm in Pelican Town, he expects a quiet escape. He doesn't expect a jungle of weeds, magical forest spirits only he can see, and a "local legend" named Zee Pruk.
Zee is the town’s golden-boy rancher—the man who fixes everything for everyone. When Mayor Lewis asks Zee to help the "city boy" survive his first week, Zee expects a chore. Instead, he finds a boy who looks at the valley with wide-eyed wonder and a heart that needs healing.
As they work together to restore the farm and save the Community Center from the corporate reach of JojaMart, the lines between "neighborly help" and "something more" begin to blur. Between horse-riding lessons under the golden sun and the nervous tension of the upcoming Flower Dance, NuNew realizes he didn't just find a farm—he found a home.
In a valley full of match-making neighbors and seasonal magic, the most important harvest of the year might just be love.
