Summary
John Nolan has worked to set up a Pilot program that has crisis management and counselors dispatched to scenes involving mental health problems. Lucy is the counselor that would be riding with an Officer for a month to draft up reports on how best to achieve this.
The Officer in question - Tim Bradford, who really doesn't think much of shrinks or the program in general and he isn't quiet about it, Lucy however gives as good as she gets.
