Edgin doesn't have much of a voice, really. Not compared to the elven choirs Doric's used to, dozens of voices pure as starlight, melding in sweet airy harmonies. But his quiet sincerity, the way he obviously cherishes each old melancholy song... it tugs at Doric's heartstrings. It's captivating. Tonight he's in fine form, reeling out the lyrics with the seamless ease of a bird in flight, slipping through a wide open sky.
