Franco is bisexual.

It is okay if he is bisexual, everyone in his life agrees on that… as long as he is bisexual in private. Because love is okay, but he has ONE big dream: become an F1 driver, and anything but straight is a big taboo in that world.
When Scuderia Willams's team principal calls him to his office and tells Franco that he will ascend to F1 for the remainder of the season as titular driver, he knows that he is in the fast lane for the opportunity of his life.
He gets the chance to show everyone what he is made of. How talented he is. Prove he belongs to F1.
He is happier than ever, because finally all his hard work has paid off.
But then, everything in his life turns upside down when a small problem appears.
A problem with green eyes, bright smile, curly hair, British accent and a too friendly attitude...
The thing is, maybe, Lando Norris is not just a small problem.
Because Lando is too good to be a problem.

Will is struggling through his last year of residency when he meets the most stubborn patient he has ever had but the old man doesn't come close to the intriguing boy that visits him daily and spills his sorrows and regrets.
Nico finds out that his old music teacher is dying and wants to reminisce the good old times but the dorky blond haired doctor, somehow always manages to waltz into an important moment of self discovery and Nico realises that his old man might just play cupid.
Or, Nico has hidden his violin the day he left his family and he swore to never touch it again but maybe his old music teacher and his doctor might persuade him to pick up the bow once again.
