Summary
Dr. Eggman snaps—he wants Sonic dead. After the Doctor’s first attempt on the hero’s life, the G.U.N. commander assigns Shadow to watch over Sonic. Rouge suggests getting drinks at her club so that Shadow can get to know Sonic better. Though reluctant, Shadow agrees to go—and later tipsily teaches Sonic the wonders of biting. A complicated relationship ensues, all the while Sonic, Shadow, and Tails must deal with Eggman's determination to kill Sonic using a new ally.

"No, It's so weird," Scott huffs, sounding distressed almost. "I—I wanna—like, touch you, and—and kiss you, and stuff." He says, shuddering fearfully as he mumbles the last part.
Wallace's eyes fling open, and he begins to rustle and tousle the bedding as he sits up on their futon. He turns to face Scott, whose cheeks were bright red and glowy. He looked small and intimidated, like he was regretting everything that he'd just admitted on impulse. He scrambled away from Wallace when he shot up in bed, likely afraid that he'd crossed a line of some kind.
"What did you say?" Wallace mutters, eyeing Scott with a shocked expression.
"I—I don't know! I don't even know what I'm saying," He stammers in a panicked fashion, barely holding eye-contact with the man in front of him.
"I think I just miss Ramona." He huffs, cupping his own face in his hands. He seemed to be wallowing in embarrassment, leaving Wallace to deal with what he'd just said without much of an explanation. They were freshly broken up, so he wasn't really surprised.
"You want to kiss me?" He asks, voice breathy, light and irresistible.
