    I am no academic and this is no thesis or essay on the topic. I've written this for the fun of it and because the ending of Banana Fish, specifically Ash's death, extremely frustrated me.
    At the beginning you'll find something like a blurb, but it's honestly too long and insightful to be one, but it's also no summary per se. Next there'll be a brief description of Ash's personality which I copy-pasted from his Fandom Wikia page, but I shortened it. After that I'll be displaying my thoughts and feelings on the ending of Banana Fish.
