Summary
Ginny Weasley escapes her small village of Ottery St. Catchpole only to discover the financial cost of a Hogwarts education. From tuition to housing, she’s facing a mountain of debt. Short on money, but not machinations, she strikes up a scheme to rent out her apartment to peers in need of a private place for sex and other things—but mostly sex. It's almost the perfect plan.
But , you see, there's this girl. Hermione Granger. And Ginny can't take her eyes off her. A few chance encounters and suave attempts at flirtation, or so Ginny would delude herself to believe, and they find a friendship that's sure to blossom into a romance for the movies.
Enter Ginny's Moral philosophy professor, Severus Snape who wants exclusive use of her Apartment in exchange for an A in class and a guaranteed paid job as his T.A. next term. It’s a better deal than the one that has her nightly wandering while strangers romp about in her place. Or so she believes, until she learns that Snape's bringing Hermione to her apartment.

She decidedly does not look any higher, does not think about Karlie’s bare calves and bare thighs against her bare skin, or about how the frayed denim shorts Karlie’s wearing, on Taylor’s couch right now, might not have panties under them.
She definitely doesn’t internally freak out about any of that stuff.
(Or; Taylor worries about being boring, and Karlie convinces her to try something a little out of her comfort zone.)
