Lace's rebellion against her mother fails. When Hornet is abducted from Hallownest, there is nothing to disrupt her bindings long enough to allow her to break free of the Envoy's clutches. She finds herself imprisoned alongside a dirty, frayed thing that tells her it can help her take vengeance... if only she helps it escape the Cradle first.

Hornet travels back in time to before the fall of Hallownest. She will retain partial strength, all of her knowledge, and memories, but in her younger body.
Hornet will use this opportunity to completely alter the course of history for both Hallownest and Pharloom, while also changing the fates of many bugs.Please note that although the title may seem exaggerated, Hornet would never allow the Wyrm to conquer Pharloom through extreme measures. I do not believe that is something she would do.
