    Izuku was losing his mind. He was completely aware of this fact and completely fine with it. One perk of being crazy was getting to see his long-dead best friend on a daily basis — even if visions of Kacchan meant he had to deal with creepy shadow sightings and attempted murder, Izuku thought it was a pretty good compromise.

    One thing he didn't expect though, was to find said best friend bleeding all over his front porch one day — and when Kacchan passed out and his body hit Izuku's with the solidity of an actual person, it got pretty hard to convince himself this was all just a hallucination.
