Summary
After years of war between the Na’vi and the Sky People in Awa’atlu, peace has finally settled over the land. The people return to their daily lives, hunting in the sea and gathering fish for their families. Metkayina children run freely along the shoreline, laughing and playing without fear. More couples begin to marry and welcome children into their homes. Aonung and Kiri have married and now take on the roles once held by Aonung’s parents. They live together in a new marui and often receive visitors from family, including the Sully and the Tsika'u.
Lo’ak and Tsireya have also been married for some time and are blessed with a son named Set’tu. He is a kind and quick-learning child. In the water, he is trained by his uncle, Olo’eyktan Aonung. On land, he is guided by his other uncle, Neteyam.
Lo’ak and the other adults often say that Aonung and Neteyam were once close friends but have suddenly grown distant from each other without explanation.
Set’tu usually stays quiet when the adults speak, though he quietly disagrees with their words. He often sees Aonung sleeping inside Neteyam’s private marui, and it confuses him.
Is it really him?
