He hated moving with Angel’s waves, like Angel had all the control over him, the upper hand. He tried to ignore him, let it go, bridge the gap even, but he couldn’t grasp onto anything.

He hadn't had a crush– a real crush on someone in a long time. Maybe this was turning into something. Maybe it didn't have to be anything. But what if it was something to Angel and nothing to Husk – would that be okay? Yeah, it would be fine. He couldn’t give a fuck if Husk liked him back or not. He could drop this feeling, no big deal.
