    Sometimes it felt like Mumbo loved too hard and trusted too easily.

    Maybe that's why "love" seemed to have it out for him. But after past experiences, things are finally turning around.

    He shouldn't be surprised it didn't last.

    Mumbo was never good at communicating. But he learned the rules and what was expected. However, he just couldn't understand how to simplify emotions.

    How was he supposed to explain what he was feeling in one or two words?

    But that was what was expected of him, so he tried. (And failed)
