Kai poked his head into Lloyd’s room, “So… Why’d I get asked what your favorite snack is yesterday?”
“Beats me.” Lloyd shrugged, “He just stood in my doorway for fifteen minutes, silently until I asked what he wanted. Then he started questioning me about my interests?”
There was silence for a moment.
“Is this him making an effort to get to know me?”
“Sounds like it.” Kai nodded, “Probably Vinny’s idea.”
