Summary
After Caitlyn left Vi when she intercepted the shot against Jinx, Vi felt lost. The pit fighting and sex with random women didn't exactly help the healing journey. Vi figured this was the end of the line for her. It was only a matter of time before she was brought to an early grave like the rest of her family. That is, until she she's forced into the hospital and finds out she's pregnant. With Caitlyn's baby.
Vi's not even sure why she's surprised. She's always had the worst luck known to man.
OR
Caitlyn will do whatever it takes to get the love of her life back. Even if it means doing things that piss off the entire council and are morally questionable.

Caitlyn have not be at home for several days now because of work and Vi has been worried until she heard Maddie in the corridors openly presuming that "The sheriff" have invited her to dinner.
Vi ask Cait to meet at home because they need to talk about what its going on but Caitlyn didn't show up.

Summary
Slowly, so slowly, Jinx's breathing peters out, her sobs turning into quiet gasps and strangled breaths, and then she's staring up at Vi with dull eyes– no longer tortured by whatever visions she was having, but empty all the same. "Vi?" she rasps. "Are we dead?"
"Not yet," Vi promises, and she carefully rearranges them, half-drags her sister over to the wall so that she can lean across a hard surface, her sister's head in her lap. The burns marring her sister's face make her a sorrowful sight, but Vi pays it no mind, dragging fingers through Jinx's hair instead. "I don't know where we are."
Jinx sniffs, but she doesn't pull away from where she's now tucked into Vi's lap. "Guess that's a… good thing," she says, her voice still hoarse.
