Summary
In the village of Konoha, new genin graduate as the hopes of the Land of Fire.

Meanwhile, a darker evil brews among the many strings holding up the Shinobi World and each day it grows stronger until it shows the world its true face.

Summary
As he grabbed his backpack, his eyes caught sight of the locked drawer on his desk. He froze. Without even realizing what he was doing, he opened the lock with the correct numerical lock and then inserted the key for the second lock, followed by the third.
Finally, he opened it to see an ornate, light blue square-like device with a small screen and digicode on the hinges. Numerous scratches and signs of wear were visible on the device, even a few cracks. Next to it was an odd necklace with a strange crest—a golden M with four protruding diamonds.

The waves crashed against the grey beach, cascading black meeting monochrome. Daisuke watched on impassively, eyes moving up toward the grey sky. In the distance, the glaring lighthouse shone a light of grey. The now-common fluttering of bat-like wings caught his ears as he looked at the sound, catching the eye of the devil itself.
This was nothing new.
