So Pangi stood toying with his fingernails, his coach Bad next to him trying to tip toe around the very clear tension, while they wait for his new figure skating partner to land.
“So… what do you think he’ll be like?” Bad asks looking around at the crowd of people waiting for loved ones and strangers alike. The cool white tone taking any warmth out of the room.

“This is bad Pangi.” His voice a deep grumble trying to persuade him in his seriousness. The pangolin stopped turning and giving a quick look over of the room
“Yeah it’s been growing, but I’ll manage.” He gives an awkward chuckle moving seamlessly through the roots taking hold of every inch of the house. “But enough about that, what’s up?”
“Pangi.. this” he stalls a moment taking another look at his house, the place Pangi is living, landing on the upstairs, almost fully blocked off. “Is your upstairs even accessible?”
