Doctor Robotnik is forced to accept any new assistant his employers choose to saddle him with if he wants to recieve continued fundings. So far, there have been more assisstants than he can count, and none of them has lasted longer than a few weeks. It is an endless circle of creation and destruction - new barnacle comes in, new barnacles breaks and leaves. Rinse, repeat.
Until, well. Until a Stone proves to be much, much more durable than any diamond.

Summary
It was supposed to be just a quick fix. Despite still not being in perfect shape, Robotnik had insisted on over viewing the microwave badnik, after it malfunctioned earlier. Stone had tried to talk him out of it, but of course, it hadn't worked.
Suddenly, a loud clang echoed through the lab. Stone couldn't breathe.
Or Stone has a PTSD attack in the crab and Robotnik has to deal with it.
