The world may have changed for some. For others it has stayed the same. On a Shinjuku street one winter afternoon Satoru Gojo's life crumbled before his eyes. Despite that he still has a year of school before he is a graduated sorcerer.
Three new students attend Tokyo Jujutsu Tech in 2008. A first generation sorcerer. An heir to a minor clan. And a 'special case'. Three children finding their place in a scary world that all were thrust into in the wake of a defection that will rattle Jujutsu society for the next decade to come.
But they're children. Surely they'll be allowed their youth. -

Summary
With the war over things should find a new normal. But it is not quite. No Ferdinand finds himself struggling. Aegir territory in shambles and trapped in the middle of a war of succession for the title of Emperor following Edelgard's death. It does not feel fair to go back to his lands, take a title in most senses obsolete, without the one he has cared about this whole time.
Flayn is unique. She is soft and sweet and well spoken. She thinks in a way Ferdinand has never, considers the people and those her actions effect and could never run out of compassion. Their sweet embraces behind the back of Seteth and moments together held him together when he turned his lance upon his rival and childhood friend. When all around him fell, she remained. She is what Aegir needs and he knows that is the only way he could come back to his land with any sort of pride; with her at his side, as his wife. But his proposal is declined. Instead he is told one piece of advice."Speak with Seteth." She says. "I cannot tell you all I wish to. But if he does... there is no problem. And then, and only then I will wed you."
Nothing Flayn hides can truly be that damning, but he knows better than to refuse her wishes. And so they plot. -

Summary
Flayn got the short end of the stick in terms of supports.

Summary
It should have been straightforward. The Chief Prosecutor had asked him to personally handle the parole hearing of a woman, Iris Fey. Tampering with a crime scene, and conspiracy in murder. Seven years ago she had made a plea deal. Months later, Klavier would reveal her attorney as an alleged fraud.
"I think her truth will be intriguing to you specifically."And he was right.
Klavier wanted to end it, forget all about his brother and move on; but months later even more charges would fall on Kristoph's shoulders and years of abuse at his hands would send Klavier over the edge.
Iris Fey had started a new life... and she understands. She offered to help all those months ago. Maybe she can help him process some of these rampant emotions.

Summary
It's the dead of summer. The heat is miserable and the days are long, but Megumi and Nobara throw themselves headlong into their training. It's easier to be occupied than to lose themselves to grief. The Goodwill Event is a welcome goal to work towards after the loss of their classmate, Itadori Yuji, and they're both determined to improve.
