   Summary

   Dazai took a step to turn around towards the door, but stopped when he heard Chuuya’s voice.

   “I love you, by the way. Figured I should mention it.” The words didn’t come out in a frantic spill, but they weren’t emotionless either. Chuuya didn’t regret saying them now and he knew he wouldn’t regret them later.

   Dazai laughed. The touch of panic in it did not go unnoticed.
