Summary
Kaoru and Kojiro don't usually have drinking contests with one another. Why? Because neither of them knows when to step down and admit defeat, and they get themselves into trouble every time.
After a wild night out on the town, Kaoru and Kojiro wake up with no memory of what happened during the previous evening. What's worse than that? How about waking up inhabiting the body of your best friend / rival?
Kaoru and Kojiro must work together to figure out how and why they ended up swapping bodies, and what they can do to switch things back to normal before they're stuck living as each other forever.

Taking care of Kaoru has never been difficult, or a chore, for they had both come to a silent agreement to always look after each other.
To always take care of each other. “You’ve done the same for me,” Kojiro tells him after a moment of silence. “It’s what we do, Kaoru. We take care of each other.”
