Neil woke up nauseous. Based on the distinct discomfort and stabbing pain in his lower abdomen and the fact that he hadn’t had a nightmare, he deduced that the nausea was period-induced. He sighed softly and rolled gingerly out of bed, careful to not disturb his sleeping boyfriend.
