Summary
It's the 90's, and after the USSR collapsed, Russia and his siblings now begin to attend UN meetings as their own nations. As they go to their first UN meeting, Russia meets his father's enemy for the first time... America. Naturally, neither are happy with their seating arrangements being next to each other. What will happen when UN forces them to keep going out on the town and learn to get along with each other?
(im a perfectionist so most of it will be as "historically accurate" as I can make it. but also please keep in mind that this is fiction and some things are just for plot, and also absolutely does not represent my actual feelings towards the countries or what they stand for. this is just a stupid fanfic lol.)

Oswald The Lucky Rabbit, a toon Mickey Mouse has never heard of, is mentioned in Walt Disney's will. This flips the script on Mickey's life and family. He sets out on a search, spanning decades, for a long-lost toon sibling that, as far as he knows, he has never met.
However, not everyone wants or believes that Oswald can be found. In bringing Oswald back, Mickey will challenge himself, Oswald, and their family and redefine the definition of toons.
