Lucifer was easy to play, too easy. A small kiss, hug, any form of affection and the king was practically mush in his palm, willing to do anything to continue the false narrative they had both been playing along with. It really did sicken Alastor how starved for touch the fallen angel was.

Summary
He was a lovesick, touch starved man (which honestly should’ve been a red flag in itself) and reached out to the closest equivalent of feeling loved. So yes, maybe it got to him a few times and yes it was frustrating as fuck but he would hold on to every ounce of Alastor if it meant feeling something, anything that would remind him he was still capable of loving and being loved.
