   Summary

   “Selfish? In case you haven’t noticed, I spent, or rather wasted, 45 years trying to get back to this family to save your sorry asses!”

   “And you wouldn’t have had to if you didn’t leave in the first place! We would have been perfectly fine if you never came back, you know that?”

    

   Something akin to weight settles harder into Luther’s chest as a wave of dejection washes over Five. Neither acknowledges it for their own reasons.

   “Perfectly fine? In case you have forgotten, Luther, I came back to stop you all from dying!”

   “Yeah well, if you didn’t leave in the first place, none of it would have happened, so thanks to you!”
