After the floods hit Fontaine — if only for a very, very short time — everything's a bit chaotic, and as such, Freminet decides to get a part-time job for a little bit to help out with getting everything back in order. Though, maybe just delivering groceries isn't that important for getting an entire Nation back in order.
Whatever the case, Freminet becoming a grocery-delivery-boy earns the attention of an anonymous white-and-blue-haired gentleman, who gives him an order to bring groceries to a certain somebody.
