Summary
It’s one of those mornings when you’re so cozy and relaxed in your bed that you don’t even remember what happened the day before.
And in fact, Verso can’t remember what he did yesterday.
The only thing he knows is that he’s currently alone in bed, which is not that weird. Between the two of them, Gustave is the early riser. It always has been since they’re together.But there is something… offbeat.
Is he supposed to remember something? Did he forget about a special date? A birthday, maybe? No, it couldn’t be; he doesn’t forget these kinds of things.
Maybe a good cup of coffee and a shower will help him clear his mind.
So Verso rises and sits on the bed’s side, taking his time to stretch a little and look around the now well-known room. The canvases he still needs to finish on the side of the room that serves as a studio, the various sketches on the wall, Gustave’s prosthetic on the desk, the vase with the roses Sciel brought the other day-
Wait a second.

After the restoration of Lumiére, they all thought they could finally live a long and normal life, until something happens to Gustave.
