Summary
As a result of the recent wizarding war, the British magical population has decreased to the extent that it can no longer sustain itself and something drastic must be done! The Wizengamot has brought forth a "Marriage Act" that will encompass every fertile wizard and witch in magical Britain...but this time, it is the witches that will do the picking and the wizards must accept whomever chooses them...AND each witch gets to have TWO wizards to take care of her! The hitch? Each triad union must produce TWELVE live magical children in a 15 year period. After that, they can go their separate ways!
