Mk sacrificed himself to save the world, or so he thought. Sitting up screaming in his bed is a dead (oops) give away that he is most certainly alive.
He's not sure if it was all a dream or a vision or even time travel, but he's back at the beginning of his adventure. What specifically happened doesn't matter, because Mk can't shake the notion of it happening again and he refuses to let it play out the same.
Monkey Kid's adventures are far from over... or are they just beginning?

Mk wakes up at the beginning of the show with a comprehensive idea of what's going to happen, and he's determined to make friends out of everyone and save the world (he's also real traumatized... whoops).
