“Bad dream,” Yuuji answers vaguely. Toji snorts.
“Yeah, no shit. I’m asking what it was about.” Yuuji purses his lips and looks away. “Come’re baby.” Toji opens his arms. “You don’t have to tell me if you don’t wanna, but don’t stand out here lost in your thoughts.”
He knows better than anyone where that would lead—a night spent pacing the small apartment, feeling trapped with nowhere to go. He’s done the same thing more than once.
