“Oh?” Dabi took another hit, and held the smoke in. “You want to know my big master plan?” He looked Bakugou in the eyes and blew the smoke out in his direction just to be an irritating fuck. Bakugou didn’t respond, but he looked furious. Dabi smirked. “Well, buckle up Sweetcheeks, because you are going to love this. It really is just because I’m a cocky bastard. I’m gambling everything on my charming personality. Before these six weeks are over, I’m gonna make you like me. Then, like a grumpy-ass butterfly, I’m going to set you free, and you’re going to come back to me all on your own.”
Bakugou scoffed in disbelief and stared at Dabi for a solid moment before he broke into an abrupt harsh laugh. There was no humor to it. The sound was more outrage than anything else. “Oh my fucking god, you’re seriously crazy. You are bat shit fucking crazy. You’re out of your goddamn mind if you think I’ll ever fucking like you.”
“Oh, I know I’m crazy, Doll.” He took another slow drag, and pulled the joint away from his lips. Smoke curled around his face. His eyes gleamed with something sharp and calculating. “That’s what makes me so dangerous.” He grinned before he added, “but then, you like danger. Don’t you?”
