Summary
On a cold winter’s night, Regulus seeks out his brother in the hopes of reconciliation. In his naivety, he falls victim to a cleverly orchestrated trick by Severus Snape, who is seeking revenge on Sirius for a nasty prank he pulled.
Now, Regulus is trapped in the Shrieking Shack with a fully transformed werewolf and no chance of escape.
Fear is an old friend of his and yet he hardly has a chance to truly feel it, not while the overgrown wolf is too busy making a nest to keep Regulus warm and licking away his tears.

“Welcome to the Knight Bus, emergency transport for the stranded witch or wizard,” came the cheery voice of the conductor, Stan Shunpike, who blinked at Regulus with wide, startled eyes. “Blimey, mate, you look like—”
“The Potter’s house,” Regulus rasped, his voice hoarse and trembling. He shoved a handful of Sickles into Stan’s hand before collapsing onto the nearest seat.
Stan stared for a moment but said nothing. The bus jolted into motion, sending Regulus sprawling against the window. He didn’t care. The world outside blurred into streaks of color, and for the first time in hours, days, fucking weeks he allowed himself to breathe.
The pain throbbed with each beat of his heart, but he ignored it. He pressed his forehead against the cool glass, his gray eyes vacant as he stared at the night rushing past. The Potters. He was going to the Potters.

Summary
Ever since Regulus' brother mysteriously disappeared when he was four, he's been fascinated by the world above the sea's surface. But his father, the king of the sea, forbade him from going up there, so Regulus collects whatsits, whosits, and thingamabobs, from the human world instead.
Everything changes, however, when Regulus rescues James, a prince from the above world, during a shipwreck and makes a deal with his banished mother to trade his voice for legs and find James and his brother. If James can fall in love with him, and they share a kiss of true love before the sunset of the third night, Regulus will stay human forever, but what will happen if he fails?
