Despite this being his first stream, and despite the fact that there has been absolutely no information regarding when he would begin streaming at all, just the tiny “Coming soon!” graphic next to his name on the website, there’s immediately a group of fans excitedly and immediately tuning in once Genos' livestream finally comes online. They’d been waiting, actually, ever since his name was added to the HA’s list of heroes taking part of their new Exciting Daily Lives of heroes-livestream project, and word is spreading fast via the HA’s subforums, people pinging each other to tune in immediately. Penguins are overrated, in Katsuki's mind. They smell, they're loud, and they shit every ten minutes. How he ended up working with them, he doesn't know, but he hates it.
Okay, so maybe he needed a pay raise. Sue him. That doesn't mean he enjoys it. It's hard to enjoy getting bit every time he so much as looks at a penguin, after all. Let alone when he tries to handle one.
It certainly doesn't help that he keeps getting paired with Kirishima, who's all smiles and way too damn friendly for his own good.

Or, when Katsuki works as an animal handler because he's broke and hungry, and inadvertently warms up to both the penguins, and a certain red-haired boy.
