You were starting to think that Javier only requested this relationship to be kept secret so he could first regard it to camp in his own overly-flambouent, (self-proclaimed) 'poetic' way. He was absolutely smitten with having you, both displayed within gifts, trinkets and actions, but the way his vision narrowed to only you when you were about was enough to make you swoon in a not-very-secretive way.
