Summary
Alberto Scorfano hated sea monsters; he and every other person that lived in their small, coastal town knew what they were capable of. Underneath the sheeted darkness of night, the creatures that lurked beneath the Rivera's shallow waters ravaged the town, kidnapping and feasting on locals who didn't know better. He was tired of feeling afraid for his family, tired of being helpless against the havoc they ran. He knew how dangerous they were, he 𝘬𝘯𝘦𝘸 how risky it was, but he didn't care. He was determined on finding a sea monster as soon as possible: and killing it.
That is... until he met Luca.
