Summary
The year is 1206 and Sesshoumaru is a teenager in his rebellious phase. Soon, unforeseen circumstances force him to embark on a long journey, during which he becomes the coldhearted demon we know today.
This is the English version of 'Boldog Napok' which was written many, many, MANY years ago in Hungarian. It had a small following back then but the site it was uploaded to is now defunct. This version is rewritten with an adult brain and in a different language.
The story has romantic elements but there's no shipping. There will be some violence, but nothing worse than what's in the original manga/anime. Most mysteries and riddles in the story are possible to solve. The ones that are unsolvable are meant to be explained later in the story.

Summary
Precinct 41 is always busy and the work is unrelenting. Harry and Kim are both barely containing their longing for each other- each touch or look might betray their desire. Neither is willing to make the first move, and neither is certain their feelings will be reciprocated. Kim knows propositioning his colleague and superior is wildly inappropriate but he grows jealous at the idea that Harry might like anyone else. Harry adores Kim but knows deep down he doesn't deserve him.

INLAND EMPIRE: You do.
PHYSICAL INSTRUMENT: You’re both men, are you not? Men in your early forties, but that’s nothing - and twice a week, Kim takes longer than usual in the shower.
CONCEPTUALIZATION: Fifteen minutes. Usually in the mornings, before you drag yourself off your couch.
DRAMA: He likes the plausible deniability. You’re not up yet, he doesn’t have to feel guilty.
INLAND EMPIRE: Sometimes, though, he does it at night. One night - the dog days of summer, he can’t sleep, no one in the entire city is sleeping, if the irritability of the precinct, the circles under everyone’s eyes, and the crime rate is to be believed - he gets up and goes into the bathroom. You’re almost asleep, drifting, but wake to Kim’s bare feet padding through from bedroom to bathroom.
PERCEPTION: You hear the groan of pipes, the sound of water hitting the tub. The pull of the shower curtain.
