Usopp wanted recognition, he wanted adventure, to be a strong warrior of the sea, like his father, who he never really met. But mostly he wanted to belong, to not be alone anymore, a real pack. So he jumps at the first opportunity to set sail. In a world where being an adventuring Omega is still frowned upon, he hides his presentation by utilizing the knowledge his dead mother left him. He just hopes his Alpha crewmates don’t catch onto him too soon.

“Huh?” Shin blinks, staring at Nagumo, who hasn’t moved an inch. Not even his mouth had moved to speak.
“Hm?”
So there’s only one explanation, and that the voice came from his head. ‘Maybe I need to take a leave if killing that little fly made me this tired, but I don’t wannaaaa.’ He’s even whining in his thoughts. How cute. He wonders if Nagumo’s thoughts have always been this cute.
Maybe he could make him spill more spicy information, things that he could use to mock him and humiliate him in the future…aka Shin has a mission to get back on Nagumo for being annoying by getting him drunk

“Zoro…?” He asks. “You good?”
Then, that piney, resinous scent hits Usopp’s nose again, the intensity of it nearly knocking him backward. Zoro smells like he’s in rut— or at the very least, on the cusp of it.
“Where’d you get that?” He’s not even looking Usopp in the face, just staring at his body like his eyes are on his stomach.
“At L--Lumina Lounge. They uh, had a gift shop.” Usopp's voice wavers as he speaks, taking a step back before he even realizes why. Zoro still doesn’t say anything. His eye stays trained on Usopp as he paces toward the wall. “Why are you looking at me like that?”
“Because you look good.” Zoro shifts on the bench, turning to face him. “Like, really good.”

Or, Usopp bets money that Zoro won't be phased by him wearing some silly little lingerie.
He's never been the lucky type.
