Summary
A new family has just moved to District 12 from District 2. The parents are young attractive professionals, their only kid just turning four. They’re definitely not the type to move to District 12, especially not into the baker’s neighborhood. Peeta Mellark thinks the family is hiding a secret, a dark one that drove them to flee from 2. He’s determined to figure it out, from afar at least since he doesn’t want to get into any real trouble. But he might just be pulled in too deep when the lawyer husband starts working with Peeta’s dad.
