As a young child, Percival (Percy) Ignatius Weasley was given a camera by his uncle Fabian as a late birthday gift when he turned 3. Years later Percy is in his 5th year at Hogwarts, his youngest brother Ron is starting his first year, Percy was made into prefect, the twins...well they were the same.
Honestly, it couldn't have been better, sure there is now even more stress on Percy to be a good older sibling AS WELL as prefect (and he has to deal with Oliver and his...quidditch-ness). But truly, it couldn't have been any better!
Well...he had hoped that it would but well...where there are Weasleys there is trouble, and all of the proof of that is on an old camera that Percy DEFINITALLY doesn't have an emotional attachment to, don't listen to what..uh...EVERYONE says!!!
