Summary

Kono’s set him up with a haole.
It’s the first thing Steve thinks when he claps eyes on the guy. He’s wearing a tie, he has more product in his hair than Steve has in his whole house - he has an accent. Rich, and sharp and almost comical, the way he broadcasts it to the whole room.
“I guess Kono didn’t tell you I have kids.”
Steve doesn’t choke on his beer, but it’s a close thing. He coughs. “Uh, no. No she didn’t.”
