Summary
Tony needs to work with these idiots being back in his tower (even under house arrest) and Barnes needs to work on finding his place outside of Steve (much to Steve's frustration). Both of them could use a break from Steve, the other Rogue Avengers, and find it in an unexpected moment.

Updated Summary: This evolved into more plot-heavy of Tony dealing with the rogue avengers, his new team, and James Barnes helping him while most of the rogues find bittersweet roads to redemption. (Not All) Surprised I even wrote for Clint and Scott arcs.

STORY WRITTEN BASED ON PROMPT I MADE FOR MYSELF (MAY NOT BE EXACT BUT CLOSE TO PROMPT)
PROMPT: Tony Stark finds the Winter Soldier months after the Avengers, and he has "taken a break." It started as an insomniacs lucid dream that Jarvis was somewhere scattered in the Hydra/Shield files that Cap and Nat dumped. Maybe just maybe he could piece his… son together. He finds him and one James Barnes, who forms a sort of crow-like fascination with him. Good thing Steve isn't around much until he is... fuck.I had this premise in mind and made a 10 Chapter outline. This is my warm-up before getting back to my other stories. I really want to finish them, but I feel rusty.
No ships yet, might be WinterIron, might be Cap/Tony who knows. Leaning closer to WinterIron if anything.
