Summary
There are many things a person might expect on a dreary, rainy, morning in Yokohama. Especially when said day isn’t actually dreary or rainy, you're just being followed around by some idiot who happens to keep spraying you with water.
That was the case for this sunny, warm day, for one 16 year old Nakahara Chuuya. Now, what he wasn’t expecting was that nobody would care that Dazai keeps spraying him, or that the two would be called into port mafia boss Ougai Mori’s office, just to be told they were going to attend a high school outside of the carefully integrated walls of Yokohama.
